Youth Canadian Luge Championships Return to Whistler Sliding Centre

Whistler Sport Legacies is proud to host the Youth Canadian Luge Championships at the Whistler Sliding Centre on March 8, 2026. This exciting event brings together Canada’s most promising young luge athletes for a day of competition, camaraderie, and celebration in one of the country’s premier sliding venues.

The Championships will feature both the Junior (U21) and Youth (U18, U14, U12, U10) categories, offering a full spectrum of talent and skill development in the sport of luge.

Event Schedule

  • Race Day: Sunday, March 8, 2026 – 10:30 AM
  • Location: Whistler Sliding Centre, Whistler, BC
  • Official Training: March 6–7, 2026 – 11:00 AM
  • Awards & Wrap-Up Celebration: 2:30 PM, March 8, 2026, at Bob Start

Registration Details

  • Junior (U21) Deadline: Wednesday, March 4, 2026 – 3:00 PM PDT
  • Youth (U18 and under) Deadline: Thursday, March 5, 2026 – 3:00 PM PDT
  • Fees: Singles – $20, Doubles – $25
  • Registration Forms: Junior Registration Form, Youth Registration Form
