Learn to Luge is a flexible-entry, skill-building program designed to introduce young athletes to the sport of luge in a safe, fun, and progressive environment.
Each session includes:
- Track walk and warm-up
- On-ice sliding with coaching
- Skill development using the BC Luge Badge System
Athletes receive progress reports every 4–6 weeks and may be invited to join the full-season Development Program.
The coaches not only teach technique, cooperation, and sportsmanship to the young athletes but also educate them about luge as a whole (read more about our coaches here).
