Job Location: Whistler Olympic Park
The Lead, Sport Coach is the senior on-site Sport Coach and duties include coordinating Sport School daily activities. This role is the communications hub between teachers, sport clubs, corporate groups, and colleagues. Reporting to the Supervisor, Sport School and Rental Services duties include excellent customer service and assisting clients in selection of products or services that most appropriately meet their needs. This is a seasonal role and requires the ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Full and Part time role available.
Job Location: Whistler Olympic Park
The Coordinator, Sport WOP is responsible for ensuring the appropriate field of play preparation and coordinated sport program delivery for Ski Jumping, Nordic Combined, Cross Country and Biathlon at Whistler Olympic Park. This role is focused on the delivery of high quality programming, well prepared facilities, and excellent customer service of sport programs that encompass grass roots development through to high performance training and competition. This Full time position requires ability to work evenings and weekends.

The Rental Host is the first point of contact in the Rental Shop either in person, via telephone, or online. Responsibility includes providing excellent customer service and assisting the public in selecting the product or service that most appropriately meets their needs. In addition, the customer service role of this position will endeavor to maximize sales, drive business to target products, and forward customer feedback to the Supervisor, Sport School and Rental Services. This is a seasonal role and requires ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Full time and Part time roles available.
Job Location: Whistler Olympic Park
The Supervisor, Sport School and Rental Services, oversees the day-to-day staff and program scheduling, financial reporting, and operation of the Sport School and Rental Shop at Whistler Olympic Park. Reporting to the Manager, Sport this role works collaboratively with the Booking Agent and other venue staff ensuring seamless and safe delivery of all WOP Sport school and rental services while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of Sport School and Rental Services: training, Point-of-Sale system, scheduling, volunteers, Sport Coaches, and delivery of WSL’s guest service philosophy. This is a seasonal role and requires ability to work weekends and evenings. Full time and Part time role available.

The Booking Agent facilitates the promotion, sales, and booking of sport school instructional programs at Whistler Olympic Park using telephone, email, and online communication tools. Working in concert with the Supervisor, Sport School and Rental Operations this role also ensures efficient and cost effective scheduling of Sport School staff. Under the direction of the Manager, Sport this role ensures the optimum guest experience. This is a seasonal role and requires ability to work weekends and evenings. Full time and Part time role available.

The Operational Systems Clerk provides administration support and assistance to the Capital Asset and Finance Departments by maintaining the organization's maintenance documentation and procurement system, equipment and asset inventories, and other duties related to maintenance procedures and policies within Whistler Sport Legacies. This Full Time Contract position requires flexibility to assist with other organizational activities or initiatives.

The Accounts Payable Accountant, key to the Finance Department, performs day-to-day accounts payable duties, banking and general accounting functions, reconciliation administrative duties, and assists with audit preparation and support. Under the leadership of the Manager, Finance this Regular Full Time position will be responsible for all transactional accounting as it relates to business activities at the Whistler Sport Legacies’ venues.
Job Location: Whistler Athletes Centre
The Housekeeper will be responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, washrooms and all public areas of WAC. The successful candidate will be well organized and friendly, will work well within a team, and must believe that all interactions matter when it comes to guest service. The successful candidate will maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Whistler Athletes Lodge, Town Home and the High Performance Centre. This is a Casual position and will require flexibility to assist the team with other activities or initiatives.

The Winch Cat Operator at Whistler Olympic Park plays a key role in developing athletes for future Olympics by providing ideal conditions to learn and train on. The precise requirements of Ski Jumping and weather conditions of the Callaghan Valley provide an ideal challenge for the experienced operator to expand their skills and learn something new every day. The Winch Cat Operator is responsible for the day-to-day grooming and snow management of the Whistler Olympic Park ski jumps, snow and ski play areas, baseboarding slope as well as assisting the trail groomers. The safe and careful operation of a modern fleet of Pisten Bully and Prinoth snow cats, as well as snowmobile grooming equipment is required. This is a seasonal full time role and requires flexibility to work weekends and nights.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Ski Patrol and Safety this role ensure the safety of all users of Whistler Olympic Park (WOP) and responds to all first aid requirements in a professional and timely manner. This is a seasonal full time role and requires ability to work weekends and evenings.

The Groomer Operators at Whistler Olympic Park ensure that every visitor to one of North America’s preeminent Cross Country Ski facilities has a chance to ski like an Olympian. The trail design and weather conditions of the Callaghan Valley provides an ideal challenge for the experienced operator to expand their skills and learn something new every day. Responsible for the day-to-day grooming and snow management of Whistler Olympic Park’s trail network and snow play areas to create an optimum experience for guests of all levels. The safe and careful operation of a modern fleet of Pisten Bully and Prinoth snow cats, as well as snowmobile grooming equipment is required. This is a seasonal full time role and requires the flexibility to work weekends and nights.

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Control and Timing, the Control and Timing Operator is responsible for monitoring camera and communication systems to formulate and issue clearances to athletes, coaches, staff, and visitors. The Control and Timing Operator must at all times execute track safety protocols. Full and Part Time seasonal roles available required to work weekends and evenings.

Under the direction of the Senior Supervisor, Manager, Safety WSC the Track Medical Responder is responsible for a wide range of duties including on venue First Aid, incident investigations, risk management, track maintenance, signage management, public relations, pathway watch, opening and closing of venue, and venue evacuations at the Whistler Sliding Centre. Full time and casual seasonal roles are available and may require flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
